Required products :
1 kg of fish of your choice
1 carrot
1 onion
4 eggs
3 potatoes
mayonnaise
salt and ground pepper to taste
parsley, cucumber, olives - for decoration
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes and eggs, then peel them. Clean the fish and boil its meat in slightly salted water. Grate carrots and cut onions into small cubes.
Fry carrots and onions, add salt.
Grate the boiled eggs and potatoes, chop the fish and start shaping the salad.
At the bottom of the salad bowl, first put a row of potatoes, which you add salt. Spread with a little mayonnaise.
The next layer is the fish and again a little mayonnaise.
It's time for the onion and carrot stuffing, mayonnaise.
Finish with grated eggs.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley,
olive rings and a cucumber rose, for example.
