Required products :

  • 500 grams of tilapia fillet (you can also use other fish)
  • 300 grams of cabbage
  • 3-4 tablespoons of rice
  • 1 onion
  • 200 milliliters of tomato juice (or use tomato paste diluted with water)
  • a pinch of pepper and salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the fresh cabbage until soft and chop finely. Also boil the rice until ready (add salt to the water).

 

Cut the fillet into large pieces, put them in a blender and grind to obtain minced meat.

 

Mix the fish with the rice and cabbage, season with pepper and salt.

 

Chop the onion and fry in oil, then add to the mixture you made.

Knead the minced meat well, form large sarmi from it and arrange them in a tray.

 

Bake them for 10 minutes in the oven (average temperature, 180 degrees).

Then pour the tomato juice (or diluted with water tomato paste). You can add a little spicy ketchup if you wish.

 

Return the sarma to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve the finished dish hot and garnished with fresh parsley leaves.
