Required products :

250 grams of fish fillet
1 large carrot
2 onions
4 potatoes
100 milliliters of white wine
100-150 milliliters of cream
1 bunch of dill or parsley
oil for frying

Method of preparation :

Grate the carrots or cut them into small pieces, peel the onion and cut at random.
Cut the fillet into thin pieces, season with salt and ground black pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and roll.
Cut in a spiral and secure with a toothpick.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water.
Fry the onions in a little oil, add the carrots and let them cook until soft over low heat. Then pour the wine, cream, stir and as soon as the mixture boils, remove the pan from the heat.
10 minutes after boiling the potatoes, add the fish rolls. After another 10 minutes, add the sauce. Try and add extra salt if necessary.
