Required products :

200-300 grams of salmon fillet or your choice
1 onion
1 carrot
1 liter of water
10 milliliters of olive oil
3 potatoes
1 bunch dill
3 tablespoons pine nuts optionally
melted cheese to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour olive oil into a suitable dish, stew finely chopped onions and grated carrots in it. Then add the pine nuts if you choose to use and stir.

Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then add the melted cheese and mix well with a wooden spoon. You should add the potatoes, peeled and diced, let them cook until done.

When this happens, put the onion with the carrot and the diced fillet. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and let the soup cook until the fish is ready (about 5 minutes).
Finally, add finely chopped dill and turn off the heat.
Five minutes later you can serve.
