Required products :

800 grams of fish fillet of your choice
1 bay leaf
100 grams of millet
2 carrots
4 potatoes
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons olive
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :
Wash and dry the fillet. Pour 2 liters of cold water over it and put it on the stove to boil. Remove the foam and allow the fish to cook over medium heat for 40 minutes with the lid closed.
Then drain the broth and divide the fillet into pieces.
Wash the millet under running water. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into small cubes, and the onion into small pieces.
Heat olive oil and fry onions and carrots in it.
Bring the broth to a boil, add salt to taste and add the fried vegetables, potatoes, bay leaf and let everything cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Then add the millet. 20 minutes later, season with salt, pepper and remove from heat.

Distribute the soup in suitable plates and put a piece of fillet in each. You can add fresh green spices or a slice of lemon.
