Necessary products:

500 g fish fillet

100 g of mushrooms

1 carrot

1/2 onion

parsley root and celery

1 egg

1 tsp flour

50 ml of olive oil

100 ml of white wine

Method of preparation:

Cut parsley root, celery, carrot, onion into small pieces and stew them in a deep pan in well-heated olive oil. Then add the fish fillet, cut into pieces, fry it on each side for about 5 minutes and remove.

Add a liter of salted water to the stewed vegetables and leave them to cook until fully cooked, strain the broth. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and cook for another 20 minutes. Dissolve the flour in cold water and put it in the soup, let it boil for 5 minutes, then add the fish fillet. Season with salt and pepper. Before serving, build up with beaten egg and lemon juice. You can add a little butter and white wine.
