Necessary products:
500 grams of fish fillet
300 grams of onions
500 grams of carrots
100 grams of hard cheese (yellow cheese)
frying oil

Method of preparation:
Wash, dry and cut the fillet into not very large pieces. Cut onions into semicircles and fry in oil. Grate the carrots and add them to the onion, fry until soft. Place the pieces of fish on top, add salt, reduce the heat and leave for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Then pour half a glass of water and simmer for another 5 minutes. Cut parsley and add it to fish and vegetables.
