Required products :

  • 2 pieces of white fish fillet
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and grate them, pour into a colander and wash under running water. Then put in boiling salted water for half a minute and remove from it with a slotted spoon. Spread the potato "threads" on paper to drain the liquid and transfer to a suitable container.

Season the fillet with salt and pepper.

Beat the egg in a bowl, add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir. Put flour in a separate bowl.

Roll each piece of fish first in the flour, then dip in the egg and finally in the grated potatoes. Fry in hot oil and remove on paper to drain off excess fat.

Serve the dish with fresh vegetables.
