How To Cook Fish With Rice, Tomatoes, White Wine And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 750 grams of fish (optional)
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams of tomatoes
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 2 onions
  • parsley
  • salt, thyme, pepper and marjoram to taste


Method of preparation :

Wash the rice, pour half an hour with salted water.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion. Then add the chopped garlic, parsley and some tomatoes (200 grams, you can replace with tomato paste to taste).

Pour the rice over the vegetables, pour a glass of water and close the jar with a lid. If necessary, periodically add water so that the products can be stewed and not fried.

When the rice is almost ready, drain it from the liquid, return it to the pan, add the remaining tomatoes, pour the wine, season with spices and put the cleaned and sliced ​​raw fish on the rice.

Cover with a lid and let the dish simmer until ready (another 20 minutes).
