Necessary products:

  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 250 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of honey

Method of preparation:

Melt and caramelize the honey over low heat. In a bowl, add the cream cheese, cream, sugar and eggs. Beat until smooth and pour the mixture into metal molds.

Arrange them in a pan and pour half the water. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and bake the flanges for 45 minutes. Check with a dry stick if they are ready. Cool and serve cold, garnished with honey caramel.
