Method of preparation:

Soak the flax seeds and sunflower seeds separately for two hours, then drain the water from the sunflower seeds. Put the dried apricots in boiling water for 30 minutes. Using a food processor, grind the seeds (pour the flax seeds together with the liquid) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the cooked chickpeas to it and continue to grind (you can also use a blender). Then comes the oatmeal, baking powder, salt and sliced apricots. Mix everything with a spoon. You can add a variety of products to this base, for example: whole sunflower or pumpkin seeds, walnuts or sesame seeds.

Pour the mixture (spread a thin layer of it) in a form with a non-stick coating or on a silicone surface, pierce the dough in several places with a fork and sprinkle with ground walnuts or seeds.

The ideal option is to dry the bread with a dehydrator for a few hours at 40 degrees, so the seeds will retain their useful properties. If you do not have one, dry at 120 degrees on the grill for about 20-30 minutes.

About 10 minutes after the start of drying, while the dough is still soft, cut it into pieces and continue with the procedure.

Enjoy your meal!
