 Necessary products:

 

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 grams of garlic powder
  • salt to taste

 

for pizza

 

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon and a half chopped spinach
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs

 

Method of preparation:


Melt and heat the butter in a saucepan, fry the flour and dilute it with the milk.

 

Stir and after it thickens, season with garlic powder and salt. Wait for it to cool, while pouring the flour into a bowl. Add the yeast, warm water, salt, sugar, olive oil and vinegar. Knead the dough and leave it to rise. Roll out a loaf, place it in a pan lined with a sheet of parchment and spread with béchamel sauce.

 

Garnish with spinach, cheese, black pepper and beat the eggs.

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizza until done.

 

Serve it warm, cut into pieces.
