Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and olive oil. Heat a frying pan and bake them until ready on all sides.
After cooking the fish, peel and finely chop the citrus, fry them in the same fat. Add beer, ginger, green onions and honey. Cook over low heat until thickened.
Garnish the fish fillet with the resulting sauce, accompany with a salad of your choice and serve the dish warm.
