How To Cook Flower Salad With Corn, Tomatoes And Avocado - Recipe

Necessary products for two portions:

 

  • 3-4 washed and diced tomatoes
  • 200 grams of canned corn
  • 1 peeled and sliced ​​avocado
  • 2 green onions

 

for dressing

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 1 bunch fresh garlic
  • 2 marinated peppers, finely chopped
  • 4-5 stalks of fresh oregano
  • 1-2 fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

 

Method of preparation:

 

In bowls, distribute the vegetables - tomatoes, corn, green onions and avocados. Stir and cool.

Make the dressing by heating olive oil and fry in it finely chopped garlic, parsley, peppers, oregano, basil and season with black pepper, salt and balsamic vinegar.

Leave the mixture on low heat until it changes color, pour into an airtight jar and cool. Serve the salads, garnished with the resulting dressing and enjoy.
