Required products for 24 pieces :

  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons butter (4 of it melted, the rest at room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white wheat flour
  • 1 cup finely ground corn flour

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the melted butter with a wire. Add salt, milk and combine.

Sift the two types of flour into the egg mixture and mix well. Leave the dough to stand for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Turn on your oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Put in two muffin tins with a non-stick coating in the oven for 5 minutes to heat. Take them out and grease them with plenty of oil, then return to the oven for another 5 minutes.

When the time is up, remove the trays and fill each cup to the top.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes until the loaves swell and turn golden brown.

Wait a while for the loaves to cool and remove them from the tins, then serve.
