Necessary products:

 

  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon crystal sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 tea cups plain white flour

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a large bowl, combine dry yeast, sugar, a glass of warm water, one and a half teaspoons of salt. Set aside for 5 minutes until bubbles form.

Add two tablespoons of olive oil and carefully add the flour in portions, stirring between each.

Add the remaining olive oil and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Cover with cling film and leave the bowl with the dough in a warm place to double in volume. Take out the dough, divide it into two parts, roll it out, garnish according to your taste and bake.
