Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • 1 broken egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • salt and pepper
  • thinly sliced ​​ham
  • yellow cheese cubes

for pasta:

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 400 grams of foam paste
  • 1 cup grated cheddar, mozzarella and Swiss cheese (you can replace the three types of cheese with yellow cheese)

Method of preparation:

In a large bowl, place the minced meat, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Knead and make meatballs, in each put a slice of ham and a cube of cheese.

Heat a frying pan with a little fat and fry the meatballs until done.

Melt the butter in the pan, add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Sprinkle with flour and stir into a paste for one minute. Add the broth and stir, add the cream. Bring the mixture to a boil and add the mustard, cover and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Boil the pasta as mentioned on the package.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the pasta, half of the cheese and chicken meatballs. Stir, and if the sauce seems too thick, dilute with about 1/2 teaspoon of the water in which you boiled the pasta.

Put all the products in a pan and sprinkle with the remaining cheeses, bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake for 5 minutes only on high heat.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
