Required products :

120 grams of cheese
7 grams of dry yeast
5 tablespoons oil
2.5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
250 milliliters of water
2 onions
400 grams of flour
2 teaspoons a mixture of favorite spices

Method of preparation :

Put the yeast and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar in half the water (warm), add a little flour. Leave for a while to rise. When this happens, add the remaining water and flour, oil and knead a little sticky dough. Leave in the heat to rise.

Cut onions into semicircles and fry over medium heat until translucent in hot oil. Add the remaining sugar and caramelize the onion.

Cut the cheese into 1x1 cm cubes.

Cover the bottom of the tray with parchment. Grease your hands and distribute the dough in the bowl without rolling, just stretch it.

Sprinkle the surface with spices and make indentations with your fingers in which to distribute the cheese. Put onions on it.

Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, and the required time is about 20-25 minutes (until a golden crust is formed).
