Learn how to cook "Focaccia with ham, mushrooms and yellow cheese coating". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
50 grams yeast
2.5 tablespoons sugar + 1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon milk
250-300 grams butter
4 teaspoons flour
1-2 onions
300 grams ham
3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
200 grams of yellow cheese
400 grams of mushrooms a
little ketchup

parsley or other green spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Sprinkle the yeast with the sugar and pour over the warm milk. Wait a while for the ingredients to dissolve. Melt the butter until it becomes a thick cream. Then add the yeast, eggs, salt and sugar (2.5 tablespoons).
Finally, add the flour, kneading the dough, which you leave in a warm place to rise three times, kneading twice after rising (it should not stick to your hands).
Spread it evenly on a warm sheet of baking paper and spread a little ketchup on the surface. It's time for the ham, cut into cubes or strips. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste each layer.

Cut the onion and fry it until transparent. Do the same with the mushrooms, then add to the onion and stew together for a few minutes. Pour the mixture over the ham, flatten and spread with a little mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and chopped green spices of your choice (parsley, dill, green onions).
Bake the focaccia in the oven at medium temperature for about 40 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
