Method of preparation :
First layer
Grind the peeled, cleaned and boiled pumpkin, together with the cinnamon and honey until puree. If necessary, pour a little water.
Second layer
Mix the almonds and water, grind until smooth, add the coconut oil, ginger and honey. Refrigerate.
Third layer
Grind the thawed cranberries together with the honey, let the pieces of fruit be felt (do not puree).
Fourth layer
Grind the walnuts with the cinnamon.

Take tall beautiful glass cups and give free rein to your imagination. Using a small spoon, place in the bowl successively (or as you wish) a little of each prepared layer. You can start with a row of walnuts at the bottom.
