Required products :

  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • 5 onions, chopped
  • 1 kg of beef, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 teacup dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dry red wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef broth
  • 100 grams of fresh mushrooms of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the crescent onions in the oil until soft (10 minutes). Put it on a plate and set aside.

Cook the meat in the same pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Add the flour and spices. Pour the wine, reduce the temperature and simmer for about an hour and a half - two.

Put the onion in the stew and add the chopped mushrooms. Cook it ready on the mushrooms and until the sauce turns dark brown, about 30 minutes.
