Required products :

  • 4 small zucchini, thinly sliced ​​(unpeeled)
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or oregano
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 eggs

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt with the butter in a bowl until mixed.

Turn the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the bottom and sides of a rectangular pan.
