Required products :

500 grams of flour (200 grams of wheat + 150 grams of rye + 150 grams of corn)

100 grams of oatmeal

50 grams of wheat grains (wheat)

50 grams of sunflower seeds

50 grams of cumin seeds

2 tablespoons dry yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 cup fresh milk

2 tablespoons sunflower oil

2 medium onions

egg for spreading

Method of preparation :

Drizzle the oatmeal with warm milk and leave for a few minutes. Pour warm water over the wheat and it should swell for about 15 minutes, then boil for 10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

Finely chop the onion and sauté until translucent over low heat.

Mix the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, seeds. Add the oil, a glass of warm water and knead the dough. Add onion, oatmeal and cooked wheat to it. Knead everything together, cover the dough with a towel and leave for an hour in a place where there is no draft.

Then transfer to a pan, let stand in it for another 30 minutes. Coat the surface with egg, sprinkle with cumin seeds and sunflower, wheat grains. Bake the bread in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
