Necessary products
For the dough:
500 grams of wheat flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 cup fresh milk
oil
warm water

100 grams of melted cheese
150 grams of parmesan
3 boiled eggs
black pepper and other spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add the flour and start kneading the dough, pouring the water in a thin stream without stopping the kneading. Add salt, pepper and melted butter. Let the dough rest. After two hours, transfer it to a plate sprinkled with flour and roll out, but not too thin.
Cut the sausage and meat into small pieces, grate the Parmesan cheese on a grater. Cut the smoked, melted cheese and eggs into small cubes (so that the cheeses do not stick to the knife while cutting them, dip the blade in cold water).
Spread all the filling products on the rolled dough, add spices of your choice and roll into a tight roll. Cut it into large pieces, smear the surface with egg. Put in the oven for about an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Grease the prepared snacks with butter and serve.
