Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 200 grams of margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

For the stuffing:

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 grams of sugar
  • vanilla sugar, cinnamon - to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix the flour and baking powder with the cold margarine. Grind until crumbly (you can use a knife or blender). Mix all the products for the stuffing and mix well (with a blender or egg whisk). Put half of the resulting crumbs in a baking dish so that their level along the walls is higher than in the middle. Pour the filling and the remaining crumbs on it. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve with jam or dessert sauce.
