Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 200 grams of melted cheese
  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 150 grams of onions
  • 180 grams of carrots
  • 3 bay leaves
  • spring
  • butter tastes
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • parsley to taste
  • croutons or toast

Method of preparation :

Put the meat in a saucepan and fill with water. When it boils, add 1 teaspoon of salt, a few grains of allspice, 2 - 3 bay leaves. Cook for 20 minutes after the water boils and remove the meat.

Peel the potatoes and onions and cut them into cubes. Grate the carrots, you can also grate the melted cheese or cut it into cubes.

Pour the potatoes into the boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes after boiling. Meanwhile, fry the onions and carrots in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the stuffing to the soup and let it boil for 5-7 minutes. Then put the chopped meat, 3 minutes later the melted cheese, mix well and turn off the stove.

Before serving the soup, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. If desired, add croutons.
