Necessary products:
400 grams of chocolate
440 grams of butter
400 grams of sugar
8 yolks + 8 eggs
170 grams of flour
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 240 degrees. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath and mix. Beat the eggs, yolks and sugar until light (not less than 5 minutes). Combine the chocolate and egg masses, add the flour. Divide the dough into silicone molds and bake for 9 - 10 minutes. Serve the dessert warm.
