Necessary products:

500 ml of fresh milk

3 eggs

100 g of yeast

250 g butter

1 kg of flour

375 g sugar

1/2 tsp salt

vanilla

Method of preparation:

Put all the products in the milk, except the flour, and use half of the butter in melted form and beat everything. Gradually add the flour and knead without complaining. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours, then divide it into 2 parts. Roll each of them, grate the remaining oil on half of the area, close with the other part and roll. Fold once more and roll again. Repeat the procedure several times. Do the same with the other half of the dough. Then put in a plastic bag and inflate the bag (fill it with air). Seal and refrigerate. The longer you keep in it, the better. When it rises, roll out and cut into triangles. Put stuffing of your choice in each and form rolls. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the croissants in it and bake.
