Peeled potatoes cut into circles, mushrooms - into tiles, bacon - into thin slices. Beat the eggs lightly, season with salt, pepper, cumin.
Fry the bacon in a hot dry pan until the pieces are crispy. Take them out on a plate.
Fry the mushrooms in the separated fat, take them out in a suitable dish.
Pour oil into the pan, let it heat up and put the potato rings. When they are almost ready, add salt and then pour the chopped old onion. Five minutes later, add the mushrooms, bacon and stir.
Spread the beaten eggs on the prepared mixture and leave the dish for 5-7 minutes on low heat, without stirring during this time.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
