How To Cook French Fries With Chicken And Boiled Beans - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon beans (pre-cooked)
  • 200 grams of chicken fillet
  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 150 grams of carrots
  • clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • hot pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the peeled raw potatoes using a vegetable grater.

 

Turn into straws and carrots.

 

Cut the fillet into small pieces.

 

In a large skillet (cast iron), heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil and put the potatoes. Fry them until golden (about 5 minutes), stirring in the meantime.

 

In a separate bowl, heat 1 tablespoon oil, fry the carrots until golden, then transfer them to the pan with the potatoes.

 

Put the chicken in the freed dish, let it cook for 5-7 minutes and remove to a plate.

 

Finely chop the garlic and hot pepper.

 

Take a third container and pour a little vegetable fat into it. Once hot, pour the spicy additives into it, and a minute later pour the soy sauce. Stir.

 

Add the fillet, pre-cooked beans, potatoes to the fragrant hot combination and season to taste.

 

The dish is ready, you can serve it with pickles.
