Heat enough oil in a pan and put the peeled and sliced potatoes in it. Stir and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Then add the onion (cut into cubes or semicircles), stir again, and five minutes later put the chicken livers (pre-cut them into several pieces) in the bowl with the other products.
Let everything cook for 6-7 minutes, add garlic cloves, parsley or other green spices, add salt. Stir, close the pan with a lid and remove from the heat.
Wait 15 minutes and serve the dish then.
