Required products :

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 150-200 grams of bacon
  • black pepper and salt

 

Method of preparation :

Put the bacon in a hot pan and melt the fat over low heat. When a sufficient amount is obtained, increase the temperature of the stove and pour the onion, cut into semicircles.

 

Fry it until golden brown, stirring, then remove with a slotted spoon, trying to keep the maximum amount of fat in the pan.
