How To Cook French Fries With Roasted Peppers And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 750 grams of small potatoes
  • 2 sweet red peppers
  • 70 grams of pitted olives
  • a few sprigs of rosemary
  • olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Bake the peppers in the oven, then peel and cut into strips.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into several pieces (6-8 - depending on their size).
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and pour the potatoes (it is good to be one layer, if this is not possible, make in portions), reduce the heat and allow to cook until golden brown, then turn to the other side.
Fry for 15 minutes (until golden). Add the chopped roasted peppers and olives, the rosemary needles and a few minutes later remove the pan from the heat.
The dish is ready. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and serve.
