Learn how to cook "French fries with salted mushrooms, garlic, dill and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • onion head
  • 200 grams of salted mushrooms
  • clove garlic
  • a little chopped green onion
  • dill, salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. If they are very salty, put them in a bowl, fill with water and let stand in it for about half an hour. Then drain the liquid using a colander.

Cut the large mushrooms into 2 or 4 pieces and keep the small ones whole.

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thick long pieces (like for frying), which you pour into the hot oil.

Peel an onion and cut it, chop the green onion feathers.

Once the potatoes have a reddish crust, add the old onions to them, close with a lid and let the products cook for a few minutes. Then pour the mushrooms into the pan, season and stir.

Fry the potatoes until fully cooked, without closing the pan with a lid.

Finally, sprinkle the dish with chopped dill and green onions and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
