How To Cook French Fries With Sun-dried Tomatoes, Capers And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of boiled whole and unpeeled potatoes
150 grams of oven-dried tomatoes, cut into circles
1 red onion, cut into circles, dip in water for a while a
handful of capers a
handful of black olives
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (black or white), dried in a dry pan
2-3 tablespoons pumpkin oil
oil for frying potatoes
salt and ground black pepper
other spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes whole and without peeling them. When cool, peel and cut into large pieces, which are fried in hot oil until golden.

 
Cut the tomatoes into circles, arrange in a pan and sprinkle with your favorite spices. Sprinkle with olive oil and place in the oven to dry.

 
Mix the potatoes with the tomatoes and onions in a suitable bowl. Add the capers, olives and season everything with 2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin oil. Add salt, sprinkle with ground black pepper and sesame seeds.
