Necessary products for 6 servings:

500 grams of puff pastry for the base of the pie

For the stuffing:

2 tablespoons oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

400 grams of minced beef

400 grams of minced pork

1 cup mashed potatoes

1/2 tsp ground allspice

1 tsp Provencal spices

1 tsp Sol

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 egg (optional)

Method of preparation:

Preparation - 20 minutes, baking - 30 minutes

Remove the dough and let it thaw for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions over medium heat. Add to the puree. Fry the minced meat until browned and drain the excess fat. Mix onion, mashed potatoes, Provencal spices and allspice.

Place 2/3 of the dough in the baking dish, the edges of the dough should be outside the pan (1-2 cm). Put the filling and spread the rest of the dough on it. Squeeze the edges of the dough, you can make a decorative edge. If you want to get a pie with a golden color, spread it on top with beaten egg. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees, until golden.
