Required products :
2.5 kilograms of fresh potatoes
20 grams of mustard seeds
20 grams of mustard sauce
100 milliliters of vegetable fat
1/2 lemon
salt, dill and other spices of your choice
Method of preparation :
Boil the fresh potatoes until ready in salted water (without peeling them). Mix the oil, mustard, spices, grated lemon peel and citrus juice. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the resulting sauce to them. Mix well and transfer them to a tray (one row). Bake them in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill and serve.
