Required products :

1 medium fresh cabbage
5-7 potatoes
400-500 grams of minced meat of your choice
3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon
pepper oil and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour water into a large saucepan and put on the stove to boil. Then put the cabbage in it for a few minutes. When you take it out, carefully divide it into leaves that allow to dry a bit.

Wash the potatoes, peel them and grate them with a medium grater.

In a large bowl, mix the minced meat (it is best to use pork to make the dish more juicy) with the grated potatoes, season to taste.

Put the resulting stuffing in the middle of each cabbage leaf and form sarmi. You can tie them with green onion feathers to make them more interesting in appearance.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the sauerkraut over high heat on both sides. Then arrange in a pan and add the tomato puree diluted with a little water. Let the dish simmer in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes (or until done).
