Necessary products:

 

  • 1/2 fresh cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 lemons
  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • salt, pepper, cumin, paprika
  • about 700 milliliters of water
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 leaves fresh chervil
  • oil for stuffing

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash and dry the chicken. Cut it into cubes and put in a bowl, to which add salt, pepper, cumin to taste and stir. Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the chicken.

Cut the cabbage, add it to the meat and add the grated carrot. Pour a glass of water and stew the dish for 5 minutes. Grate the lemon zest and add their juice to the dish.

Season the cabbage with the bay leaf, finely chopped chervil and red pepper. Pour in the remaining liquid and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. When ready, spread the dish on a plate and serve warm, sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
