Required products :

  • 300 grams of minced pork and beef mixture
  • 1 carrot (about 100 grams)
  • 1 onion (about 70 grams)
  • 300 grams of finely chopped cabbage
  • 250 grams of round grain rice
  • 300 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 300 milliliters of water
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the finely chopped carrots and onions in the oil, then add the minced meat to them, season to taste and stir. Let simmer for about 15 minutes until dark.

 

Then pour in the chopped fresh cabbage, which you must first salt. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes, you can close the container with a lid.

 

Then pour the tomato juice over the products, mix them and cook the dish for no more than 10 minutes. You do not need to close the container.

 

Wash the rice, pour it over the other products, flatten, add salt and pour boiling water, not too much. Add fresh dill.

 

Let the dish simmer for 25 minutes under a lid that you do not open during this time.
