How To Cook Fresh Cucumber Rolls Stuffed With Fish And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3-4 cucumbers
  • 200 grams of smoked fillet of salmon, trout or other fish
  • 250 grams of cream cheese or cottage cheese
  • a few tablespoons of butter (softened)
  • 1.5 teaspoons high quality olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons marinated capers
  • 1 small bunch of radishes to decorate the appetizer
  • 1-2 sprigs of dill
  • lemon juice if desired

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the cucumbers that you have previously washed and cut them into pieces about 4 cm long.
Carefully carve the inside with a sharp knife, leaving a little at the bottom so that bowls can form. Arrange them in a flat dish.

Cut the dill and capers, mix them in a blender and add the cream cheese and butter. spices to taste and pour olive oil. You can also use a little lemon juice if you choose. Beat everything and the filling for the vegetable rolls is ready.

Cut the fish fillet into thin strips, roll them in a spiral and place in each "bowl". Complement with the aromatic combination of products.

Garnish the appetizer with pieces of radish and dill.
