How To Cook Fresh Cucumber Salad With Corn, Mayonnaise And Crab Rolls - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salad of fresh cucumbers with corn, mayonnaise and crab rolls". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 fresh cucumbers for the salad and 1 more for decoration
3 eggs
1 pack of crab rolls
1/2 can of sweet corn
100 grams of mayonnaise
leaves lettuce to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs, peel them. You can also peel both cucumbers if you prefer.

Cut the prepared products and crab rolls into small cubes. Add the corn, mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.

At the bottom of a deep bowl put a few leaves of lettuce, on which you put the resulting delicious combination.

Garnish with the remaining cucumber. You can cut it into thin circles, shape it like a flower or decorate it of your choice.
