How To Cook Fresh Grilled Potatoes With Bacon And Tomato And Yellow Cheese Filling - Recipe

Required products :

  • 10 large fresh potatoes
  • 150 grams of salted or smoked bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 large cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • spices to taste
  • aluminum foil

For the stuffing:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese (you can use cheese)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • black pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Finely chop the parsley, onion, garlic and bacon. Add salt, pepper and stir.

Grate the yellow cheese / cheese. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Combine the products, add the crushed garlic and pepper to taste.

Put a tablespoon of bacon with spices on a sheet of aluminum foil. Then place half of the peeled potato with the cut side up and cover it with the tomato and yellow cheese filling.

Wrap the potatoes tightly with two layers of foil. Prepare the rest of the products in the same way.

Bake them on charcoal for about 30-40 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. The exact time to readiness depends on the size of the potatoes.

You can serve with meat and fresh vegetables.
