Required products :

  • 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 tea cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, oregano and parsley
  • 3/4 tea glass of beer
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tea cups grated cheese of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons spinach
  • 1 can of 400 grams of artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 2 diced tomatoes (without seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.

Mix 1 1/2 teaspoons of flour with dried spices, salt and baking powder. Pour the beer and stir.

Knead the dough on a kitchen counter (if necessary, add more flour) for about 6-8 minutes until a soft elastic dough is obtained.

Spread a 24 cm pizza pan with it and bake for 8 minutes.

Mix olive oil with garlic and spread on the pizza. Sprinkle with 1/2 tea cup of cheese on top, arrange a row of spinach, artichokes and tomatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for another 8-10 minutes.

Cut the chopped basil into thin strips and finally sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
