Required products :
500 - 600 grams of fresh potatoes
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of dill
4 tablespoons oil
a handful of walnuts
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked. Cut the garlic cloves in half and fry them in oil for 30-40 seconds. Then transfer them to a glass along with the fat and leave for a few minutes. Pour the walnuts in a blender, add the chopped dill, cooled oil, garlic and salt to taste. Beat everything until smooth.
Drain the water from the prepared potatoes with the help of a colander, put them in a suitable plate and pour the resulting sauce.
