Required products :
- 450 grams of fresh potatoes, cut in half
- 3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary
Method of preparation :
- In a deep bowl, season the potatoes with 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Distribute them in a tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, paprika, garlic powder and fresh rosemary.
- Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle the potatoes with the dressing and stir to taste evenly.
- Bring them hot!
