How To Cook Fresh Salad With Arugula And Cherry Tomatoes Served In A Basket Of Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of cherry tomatoes of different colors
  • 150-200 grams of arugula
  • 100 grams of cow's cheese
  • olive oil and salt
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh basil
  • balsamic vinegar to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grate the yellow cheese on a tray covered with a sheet of parchment and bake until golden.

 

Turn the jar upside down and carefully place the yellow cheese on the bottom. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and invert the resulting baskets. While you wait for them to set, make the salad.

 

Cut the tomatoes in a bowl, season with salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and add finely chopped red onion, fresh basil and stir. Put arugula on the bottom of each cheese basket.

 

Distribute from the salad and garnish with cow's cheese. Optionally decorate with fresh spices to your liking. Serve and enjoy.
