How To Cook Fried Ants From Dough With Yellow Cheese And Bacon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fried ants from dough with yellow cheese and bacon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 350 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of dry fast-acting yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil for the dough and more for frying
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 180 grams of bacon (thin strips)

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. After 5 minutes, add salt, sugar, oil and pour the sifted flour.

Knead the dough, leave it to rise for 2-3 hours and then break it into small pieces (about 20 grams each). Cover them with cling film to prevent them from drying out.

Cut the yellow cheese into small long pieces.

Roll out each ball of dough, forming a small circle. Put a piece of yellow cheese in the middle.

"Dress" it with the dough.

Then wrap in the middle with a thin strip of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.

Do the "ants" this way.

Fry them in oil until golden. Remove the prepared ones on paper to drain the unnecessary oil they have absorbed during frying.

Enjoy your meal!
