Required products :

3 ripe bananas
60 grams of honey
30 milliliters of lime juice
chocolate paste or syrup to taste
rice paper
frying oil

Method of preparation :

Peel a banana, grate it and cut it into 3 equal parts.

 

In a suitable bowl, mix the honey with the lemon juice and add the chocolate paste or chocolate syrup to taste. Stir, a homogeneous combination should be obtained.

 

Put the fruit and let it stay in it for a while.

 

Then wrap each piece of banana in rice paper, which you must first dip in warm water.

Fry in hot oil briefly and the dessert is ready.

 

You can serve the dessert with cream, ice cream or best with chocolate syrup.
