How To Cook Fried Bread With Potato Filling And Yellow Cheese With Dill - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 800 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • butter
  • connection dill
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

First, make the filling for the bread. Boil the pre-peeled potatoes, then dry and mash them. While they are still hot, add the grated yellow cheese, chopped dill and season. If desired, you can add a little oil.
